Working days are defined as Monday-Friday 8am-7pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.It is very simple to install although the instructions and diagrams are not always clear enough, so you will need to use some common sense and a little DIY skill.

Pools with a capacity of up to 30,280L can be heated with this solar mat but for large pools, you can join several mats together. The outdoor pool heater is made for use with Bestway pools with a water capacity between 1,520L and 17,035 L (400gal and 4,500 gal. If the flow rate is too big, then the water doesn’t spend enough time in the heater and won’t warm up enough. You’re usually given a range of capacity, so check that the number of litres of water that your pool holds is in that range.

Please note that refunds are not available for alleged faulty goods- the manufacturer will only replace the faulty component part or item. I run the heater off an unwound extension lead rated at 3800watts so it’s more than capable of handling the heater.
